Ever since Bob Jameson purchased the calibration lab from GE back in 1997, his mission statement has never changed. Create a rewarding and enjoyable work environment while providing top notch service to our customers. The reason this has never changed is because we have learned that a happy work force and superior customer service play a pivotal role in the success and sustainability of any business. Over the years, many independent calibration labs have been purchased by larger companies and subsequently their customer service has been affected. We feel our competitive advantage is having the flexibility of a family run business to provide personalized customer service while still providing the capabilities of a larger corporation. Recently Bob’s son Matt Jameson has stepped into the ownership role and sees no reason to change.
