CISG Ltd. was heavily involved in the testing and commissioning of all four 208.5 MW Generators and Kaplan Turbines at Muskrat Falls Generating Station, marking a significant milestone in the development of renewable energy infrastructure in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Our scope of work included supporting Andritz Hydro (OEM) with performing the pre-, dry-, and wet-commissioning of all four units, as well as leading the final performance testing of two units. Through dedication, teamwork, and the continued drive to be the best in the industry, CISG is proud to have played a part in putting the largest Kaplan Turbine Generators in the world into service.
