Stator RTDs
Resistance Temperature Detectors
Canadian Instrumentation Services Group Ltd. (CISG Ltd.) maintains a fully equipped, certified calibration laboratory strategically located in south central Ontario. This calibration laboratory has a history dating back to the early 1900s. In 1960 the need for quality large motor stator Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs), resulted in the development of an RTD production facility. With over 40 years of manufacturing experience, CISG stator RTDs, in lengths from 1/2 inch to 99 inches, are providing continuous protection of large motors and generators all over the world.
- RTDs are manufactured using high temperature construction - Class H, 180 Degree C (356 degree F)
- Platinum RTDs are manufactured to DIN specifications and all RTDs can be certified traceable to national standards.
- Single, Dual, and Dual Independent Element configured RTDs are available
- Dielectric Strength: 3 KVAC, I mA max leakage current tested for 1 minute between the leads and external flat body surface.
- Normal turnaround time is 2 weeks, Rush delivery is available.
- All RTDs are stamped with the element details for accurate identification
Lead Wires
- 3 or 4 leads stranded silver plated copper AWG #22
- Teflon (TFE) insulation
- Standard lead length - 48"
- (.03 thick RTDs) use AWG #28 wire)
